Paddle is merchant of record and Keygen issues license files. Olmsted does not host a commerce backend, account portal, or admin service. Every license is a per-developer seat, whether you run Sifter locally or as a shared container.

Local binary on each developer's machine, or one shared container hosted by a platform team: the same per-developer seat licenses cover both. No separate container pricing, no tenant metering, no infrastructure SKUs.

What procurement gets.
- No telemetry, phone-home enforcement, or seat-enforcement DRM
- Local Ed25519 license-file verification
- License expiry degrades to passthrough, never traffic loss
- Artifacts distributed by Keygen-gated release links
