Refund Policy

Try before you buy, on purpose

Sifter has a free 30-day trial that requires no payment details, so you can measure the software against your own provider invoice before spending anything. We designed purchasing to happen after the software has already proven itself on your traffic.

First purchase: 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid charge, email help@olmsted-ai.com (or use the link on your Paddle receipt) and we will refund the charge in full. No questionnaire, no retention flow.

Renewals

Renewal charges are refundable in full if requested within 14 days of the charge. To avoid unwanted renewals entirely, cancel any time before your renewal date; cancellation stops future billing and your license runs to the end of the paid period.

Cancellation and what happens after

Cancel any time from your Paddle receipt link or by emailing support. There is no lock-in by design: when a license expires, Sifter fails open and keeps serving your traffic as a transparent passthrough. Your agents keep working; the optimization features simply stop until relicensed.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are sold through Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Applicable taxes are refunded with the charge.

Fair use

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-refund cycles or license misuse under the Terms of Service. This clause exists for the rare bad actor, not for you.
